Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Solution Director to lead consulting engagements with clients in the finance and banking sector, advising them on cloud transformation and digital modernization initiatives. This is a client-facing role that requires strong business acumen, technical understanding of cloud environments, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
You will play a key role in consulting, designing, and validating cloud solutions while working closely with both internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate will be based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, and will bring a combination of technical leadership, client-facing experience, and deep industry knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in IT, with proven expertise in cloud architecture and solutioning
- At least 3 years of experience leading solution or technical teams
- Experience working with clients in the finance or banking sector (e.g., core banking, digital banking, compliance)
- Hands-on experience with one or more major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, security, scalability, and migration strategies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in pre-sales and delivery contexts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- English proficiency (both verbal and written)
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients in the finance/banking domain on cloud adoption strategies, modernization, and compliance
- Design and validate cloud-based technical solutions tailored to client needs
- Lead solution discussions with clients, internal teams, and vendors
- Support pre-sales efforts: understand client requirements, build proposals, deliver technical presentations
- Oversee solution integrity throughout project lifecycle
- Provide strategic input on cloud best practices and architecture governance
- Stay up to date with industry trends and ensure the company’s solutions remain competitive
