Job Description 

• Update and manage sales data on the CRM system (e.g. Base, Salesforce) and support B2B clients. 
• Follow up on quotations, contracts, payments, renewals, and service setup ( several clients).
• Prepare basic sales reports, handle data processing and support daily sales activities.
• Support the Sales Director and sales projects when needed (Occasionally handle approval, signing, and documents) 
• Work with Sales, Legal, Finance, and relevant internal teams to ensure sales activities fully comply with company processes and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in Sales Admin, Sales Assistant, or a similar role.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Careful, responsible, quick learner, and good with data.
• Able to read English documents.
• Experience working in a software / technology company.

Nice-to-have

• Experience using Salesforce or Base.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail).
• Good English communication skills is a plus. 
• Available to start soon.
