Job Description

We’re seeking a visionary Senior Solution Architect (Google Cloud Platform) to join our dynamic team in Vietnam. In this role, you’ll lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge cloud architectures across GCP’s core service domains—computing, networking, security, storage, and analytics—while spearheading complex system migrations from AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments to GCP. You’ll drive impactful solutions for clients in banking, fintech, Web3, and other innovative industries, leveraging Google Cloud frameworks to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-optimized outcomes. Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end cloud architectures on Google Cloud Platform, mastering service domains like computing, networking, security, storage, and analytics.
Architect and execute system migrations from AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments to GCP, ensuring seamless transitions, minimal downtime, and compliance with industry standards.
Apply Google Cloud frameworks (e.g., Cloud Adoption Framework, Well-Architected Framework, FinOps Framework) to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions for clients in banking, fintech, Web3, and other sectors.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into strategic GCP solutions, optimizing for scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
Oversee the configuration and optimization of cloud infrastructure, leveraging advanced tools like infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, …) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Drive hands-on leadership in migration projects, including assessing legacy systems, mapping services, and implementing solutions for compute, networking, or analytics workloads.
Mentor junior architects and team members, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and excellence within our GCP-certified team.
Stay ahead of GCP’s evolving ecosystem and industry trends, applying best practices to achieve security, and cost-effective outcomes for clients.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, system engineering, or related roles, with at least 3 years of deep, hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Proven expertise in applying Google Cloud frameworks (e.g., Cloud Adoption Framework, FinOps Framework, Well-Architected Framework) to deliver client solutions in banking, fintech, Web3, or similar industries.
Extensive experience leading system migrations from AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments to GCP, with a track record of successful, large-scale projects.
Deep knowledge of GCP service domains (computing, networking, security, storage, analytics) and their application in complex, regulated industries.
Strong proficiency with tools like Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and Git for infrastructure-as-code, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) for client engagement, stakeholder collaboration, and high-level documentation.
Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect or Professional DevOps Engineer certification is highly preferred; additional GCP certifications (e.g., Professional Data Engineer) are a plus.
