Responsibilities

• Act as a technical consultant during the sales cycle, analyzing customer needs and proposing appropriate GCP-based architectures.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare technical proposals, presentations, and cost estimates.
• Lead product demos and proof of concept (PoC) sessions to showcase Cloud Ace’s technical capabilities.
• Liaise with engineering teams to ensure solution design aligns with implementation feasibility.
• Provide input for RFP/RFQ responses and participate in solution defense meetings when needed.
• Stay updated on Google Cloud products, architecture trends, and industry best practices.
• Support the early phase of project delivery to ensure a smooth handover and technical alignment.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years in Presales, Solutions Engineer, or Consultant roles focusing on AI & Data.
• AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics (GCP Vertex AI preferred; AWS/Azure AI is a plus).
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with AI system architecture, data pipelines, and cloud-native services.
• Communication: Excellent presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Documentation: Ability to write clear, structured technical proposals and PoC documentation.
• Preferred: Candidates with AI/Data certifications (e.g., GCP Machine Learning Engineer)
