DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to assume the role of Business Development Associate within our team. The responsibilities of this position encompass three aspects:
- Support the planning and conduct of sales campaigns, along with hands on sales and deal negotiation activities for leads collected
- Supporting sales pipeline management and set up of proper sales operations practices.
- Cultivating relationships with potential clients, Google and the wider business community.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the local team and group company teams to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct outbound sales activities and strategies, including cold calling, emailing, and networking events, to engage with prospects and introduce our services.
- Independently prepare and lead presentations to prospects to showcase the value proposition of Google-powered solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client needs.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by effectively managing leads and opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Googlers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and Google products to effectively position our offerings in the market.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years experience with a proven track record of success in sales, consulting or business development related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering win-win solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working with Google products or in a start up environment are a plus
