DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to assume the role of Business Development Associate (Account manager) within our team. The responsibilities of this position encompass three aspects:
- Support the planning and conduct of sales campaigns, along with hands on sales and deal negotiation activities for leads collected
- Supporting sales pipeline management and set up of proper sales operations practices.
- Cultivating relationships with potential clients, Google and the wider business community.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with local and group teams to design and implement sales strategies.
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including calls, emails, and networking events.
- Present Google-powered solutions to prospects, highlighting key value propositions.
- Negotiate and close contracts in line with company and client objectives.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline throughout the sales cycle.
- Deliver excellent customer service and post-sales support.
- Maintain strong working relationships with Googlers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and Google product developments.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years experience with a proven track record of success in sales, consulting or business development related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering win-win solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working with Google products or in a start up environment are a plus
