DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to assume the role of Business Development Associate (Account manager) within our team. The responsibilities of this position encompass three aspects:

  • Support the planning and conduct of sales campaigns, along with hands on sales and deal negotiation activities for leads collected
  • Supporting sales pipeline management and set up of proper sales operations practices.
  • Cultivating relationships with potential clients, Google and the wider business community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with local and group teams to design and implement sales strategies.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including calls, emails, and networking events.
  • Present Google-powered solutions to prospects, highlighting key value propositions.
  • Negotiate and close contracts in line with company and client objectives.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline throughout the sales cycle.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and post-sales support.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with Googlers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and Google product developments.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years experience with a proven track record of success in sales, consulting or business development related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering win-win solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working with Google products or in a start up environment are a plus
