Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and solution-driven Presales Engineer to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. In this role, you will work closely with the sales and technical teams to design and present tailored Google Cloud solutions for enterprise customers, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Act as a technical consultant during the sales cycle, analyzing customer needs and proposing appropriate GCP-based architectures.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare technical proposals, presentations, and cost estimates.
- Lead product demos and proof of concept (PoC) sessions to showcase Cloud Ace’s technical capabilities.
- Liaise with engineering teams to ensure solution design aligns with implementation feasibility.
- Provide input for RFP/RFQ responses and participate in solution defense meetings when needed.
- Stay updated on Google Cloud products, architecture trends, and industry best practices.
- Support the early phase of project delivery to ensure a smooth handover and technical alignment.

Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Presales, Solutions Engineer, or Cloud Consultant role.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure is a plus).
- Familiarity with system architecture, networking concepts, and cloud-native services.
- Experience in working with enterprise clients; banking/fintech exposure is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Ability to write clear and structured technical documentation and proposals.
- Candidates with knowledge of cloud security or holding cloud certifications (e.g. GCP Architect) are highly preferred.
